Clean + Organized 2013 – FREE October Cleaning Schedule
September 25, 2013
Looking for a great cleaning schedule to simplify your life? This is it! At the end of every month I put up the next month’s free cleaning calendar. Each day has simple daily tasks listed and one rotating cleaning task. I find that with a crazy, busy life and schedules all over the place, this is the easiest way to ‘keep up with it all’. And just so you know, I don’t always get each and every item crossed off my list every day, but I love how a list keeps me focused and on track. Give it a whirl, I bet you’ll love it too!
See that big arrow at the bottom pointing to DEEP CLEANING? Guess what? I’m adding the deep cleaning tasks that I rotate through each month to this calendar. You can work through them as you are able to during the month, schedule it out, or ignore. But for those of you that asked, I’m adding it to the calendar every month.

So grab the calendar, print it out, put it somewhere where you’ll see it. Do a little bit everyday and I promise you every week will get easier and you’ll see a remarkable improvement in your home.
Need a little more instruction on the schedule? Here’s a little infographic that explains the schedule a little bit:

Hey, Becky! First, let me just say I am a HUGE fan! Love everything you post đŸ™‚ Here’s my question for you… Does a simple cleaning schedule exist for a busy, self employed wife and mom of 5 boys living in a teeny tiny house? (ok, so maybe it’s kind of a suggestion for a “future” schedule you could make đŸ˜‰ ) Our boys are 15, 12, 8, 7, and 2…and boys can be VERY messy (especially in the bathroom!) I tried to ditch my cleaning routine thinking yours would be more simple, however we only have 1 small bathroom in our home….so cleaning it once a week just doesn’t cut it! lol I can’t do just 1 load of laundry a day…I HAVE to do 4 to 6 loads a day, or else I just get too far behind. I have my own cleaning business, so it’s not like I don’t know how to clean- I was just hoping maybe you had a different schedule that I could try out instead of my current one. I would LOVE to hear any suggestions you may have for me! Thanks so much!! đŸ™‚

Post authorYes, adjustments are necessary đŸ™‚
For the bathrooms, I check on them daily – that’s the ‘counters’ on my cleaning schedule. And I probably average 2 loads of laundry a day. Can you wash/dry the clothes and give your boys their clothes to fold and put away? I know that’s easy to say, but it would help đŸ™‚
I”m sure when you come home the last thing you want to do is clean….but I think that a little bit every day is probably the best policy to keep up with the boys đŸ™‚
