DIY All-Purpose Spray – perfect for cleaning most surfaces
July 20, 2022
If you’d like to try a DIY cleaning recipe, the DIY All-Purpose Spray is a great one to start with! This is one of the easiest and most effective DIYs that I’ve concocted and it’s a fraction of the price of store-bought all-purpose sprays. The DIY All-Purpose Spray smells fresh and clean – not like you’d think a vinegar-based cleaner will smell.
With just 3 ingredients, this DIY All-Purpose Spray is a super easy and effective cleaner. It’s perfect for cleaning most surfaces (except stone) and so easy to mix up.
Ingredients
1 1/4 cup water
1/2 cup white vinegar
10 drops essential oil – I love the Cozy Home Blend for this recipe – it’s my signature lemon + clove scent
Mix and store in a spray bottle. Shake before using. Can be used in bathrooms, counters, sinks, and most surfaces. Don’t use on stone. This DIY recipe will last for up to a month.

Love your blog, your products and homemade recipes. Question: can everclear be used in place of vodka in recipes calling for the latter.
Thank you again for this awesome site!

Do we need to use a glass bottle for this? In my house glass objects tend to get broken quite often
