Free Printable : Cleaning + Laundry Swaps
I think the secret to finding alternatives to conventional cleaning products is finding a product or DIY recipe that works just as well (most often better) and making a simple swap. I have a free printable for you today with my favorite cleaning and laundry swaps. These simple, safe, and natural cleaning recipes + laundry swaps are some of my favorite alternatives to traditional and often harmful products.

Scrubbing Powder Recipe

Thanks so much for all your insight and information on cleaning and housekeeping. I enjoy and learn alot from your posts. One laundry question: If an article of clothing says no fabric softener, do you still use vinegar in your wash? I’ve begun using vinegar in my laundry thanks to your suggestion and like it, but have wondered If it’s safe to use with clothing (particularly sports fabric) that caution against using regular fabric softener. Thanks for any insight you can give!

Post authorI love vinegar with sports fabric – it doesn’t coat fibers like a traditional fabric softener so you don’t need to worry about it in the same way!
