Post authorI’m sorry Tammie – can you just leave the country to checkout or grab it in googledocs? If that doesn’t work, email me at clean.mama@yahoo.com and I’ll send it your way.

Hi Becky,an extra I like to do is vacuum out the vent fans in the bathrooms. My dad showed me how NASTY those things get inside. When you pull the grate off it usually needs a good wash. Because the fans suck in dampness AND dust, the dust tends to stick to the inside, making them less efficient. They’re super easy to vacuum, or you can use a swiffer duster or something to knock all the dust out and vacuum it up.
I also like to make a point of cleaning out my sink and tub drains in the the spring too. I have long hair and I don’t have hair catches so it’s a good time to clean them out.

Thank you for this challenge! I’m excited to get at some of those cobwebs (we have a very old farmhouse with friendly Daddy Long Legs)! Is it okay if I share your daily blog posts on my fb fan page and follow along with you? Appreciate all you do!

What about for people who have different Arthritis and Fibromyalgia or other illnesses. We don’t have the energy or strength to do a lot of these, then what. We have a hard time just doing dishes or vacumIng. It takes is longer then most on a normal day. Thank you.
