It’s the Little Things #113
Hello and Happy January to you! It has been a whirlwind of a week for us with school starting back up and new schedules and routines to implement after our long Christmas break. We are in the process of taking our Christmas tree down and tucking away our decorations. As much as I love all the nostalgia of the season, I do love the fresh start and empty surfaces that are left. I’ll be sharing some holiday decor storage tips next week with you.
I love sharing little things and posts that give me pause, spark a little creativity and make life easier. As always, you can see all of my favorite things posts linked here.
Are you doing the 2021 Quick Clean Home Reset with me? Head to this post for all the details, the free printable, and to get started (it’s not too late!).
Thank you to all of you that pre-ordered and ordered Clean Mama’s Guide to a Peaceful Home! I have been blown away by the excitement and support from the book – it’s so much fun to finally have this little book baby out in the world. If you love it, I’d love for you to leave a review and share the book on social media! Tag me so I can re-share 🙂
You know that I love any opportunity to make life easier and streamline our processes, so I am intrigued by all these make ahead snack options to freeze and pull out as needed.
Looking for a good book to settle in with? I always love reading the book recommendations from Real Simple magazine. In this post they share 12 Good Books to Read in Winter.
I am currently reading this book and while I haven’t finished it yet, I love the light hearted vibe as well as the hand lettering, artistic theme that runs throughout it.
Freezer drawers are one of those things that are just plain tricky to organize and keep from becoming a jumble of groceries. Take a look at what Sam from Simply Organized used to help corral all those odds and ends.
If the busyness of the holidays has left your pantry looking like a bomb went off in it, take a look at this recent pantry organization post from my blog. We don’t have a huge pantry, but some organizing products and streamlining has made a world of difference.
Have you read any great books or posts lately?
