It’s the Little Things #157
This week I am sharing some cozy finds that I came across this week. We have had two fantastic soups from Our Savory Life that you need to try – both were big hits and just different enough to not scare the kids (wink, wink). Merrick shared another round-up of outfits for the winter season that I enjoyed and if you have been around here for awhile, you know that the grey paint color suggestions from Domino caught my eye. If your towels have seen better days, be sure to check out the post I wrote this week about how to wash towels. It truly makes a difference!
We have soup on a weekly basis here and I have two fantastic recipes to share with you. Both are from Bri McKoy over at Our Savory Life and both are fantastic. I love the non-traditional flavors of both. You will definitely want to make a double batch!

The temperature has dipped here in the Midwest to the teens and under range. Brrr! Thanks to Merrick, I found some fun new outfit inspiration that is not only cute, but cozy for these winter days.
Looking for a new warm toned grey paint color for your home? I am partial to Revere Pewter and Stonington Gray from Benjamin Moore, but being the paint color fanatic that I am, I loved this post from Domino.
If your towels have lost their fluff, looking drab or feeling scratchy, take a look at my post about how to wash towels.

Love your process. On an unrelated topic, my father, Art Dunn, had a good friend by the name of Sam Rapinchuk when we lived in Oak Lawn. I think he was married to Mary but I was pretty young at the time. The name Darlene creeps into the memory…maybe a daughter? I do remember going boating with them on the Illinois River.
Just had to ask as the name is quite unique.
Thanks for indulging me.
