It’s the Little Things #188
Hello and happy Friday to you! It’s been a good week for us here with just the right amount of busyness without the overwhelm. I was able to cross some big things off of my business to-do list which felt so satisfying. How about you? What did you tackle this week?
Ready for a peek at what caught my eye this week? I’ve enjoyed Erin from from The Sunnyside Up blog for a long time and her family room decor for fall was spot on. I also found a new blog called Wit and Delight. Isn’t that a fun name? We love cinnamon rolls for a weekend breakfast treat and I am putting the apple cider cinnamon rolls from The Vanilla Bean Blog on our must-bake list. Lastly, I shared about how I create a capsule wardrobe over on my blog. Perfect timing with the seasons changing to go through what you have.
I love Erin’s style and always enjoy reading her blog posts as it feels like you are just chatting with a good friend. Her fall inspired family room decorating is subtle and seasonally beautiful.
I miss the days when blogs were all the rage and social media wasn’t the main way to connect. I love finding a new-to-me blog and Wit and Delight was a fun surprise.
I absolutely love Sarah’s classic cinnamon roll recipe and have made it numerous times. You had better believe that I will be making her new apple cider cinnamon rolls next.
Warm weather is on its way out and cooler temps are on the horizon here in the Midwest. Perfect timing for a closet edit! I shared a new post this week on my blog about how to create a capsule wardrobe with what you already have.

I love Clean Mama. I’ve essentially used this method to keep my house clean for years. But Becky has some great tips to keep me thinking about ways to keep my house clean and fresh. Although I’m retired now and have the time, who wants to spend their free time cleaning? Thanks for the tips and tricks.
