Happy Friday! Here are my favorites from the week with you – it might be a quote, a print, what I’m reading, a favorite podcast, a playlist, a recipe, a helpful tip, a cleaning product, or something I added to our home. Basically if it’s something little that I feel is shareable or if it’s something I’d bring up to a friend over coffee or on the phone, I’m probably going to share it with you here. Here’s a link to all of the posts in this series.

I finally managed last week to get in a day (a 24 hour period) of fasting.
So this week, today I’m going for another one . It certainly beats dieting, and it’s a perfect day to handle a boring & time consuming item from my Seasonal Tasks list, like dusting wood blinds & ceiling fans.

Hello! I purchased your ebook and just finished reading it. I love it!! So far so good with following your routine! What a difference it’s made and I am actually excited to clean!
My question is, Do you have a website that I can print out all the different checklists listed in the appendix? I’d love to print them out and laminate them to use consistently at home, but it’s hard to do that off of my iPad. Hope you can help me out!
Thanks!

My 9th grader picks up his schedule next Tuesday- JULY 30th! Our school starts August 15th. We just about have all the back to school clothes shopping done. We are trying to fit in a couple of small trips before the school bell rings!
The soup recipe looks good. I look forward to us all having a routine again- more homemade meals, time for cleaning and decluttering…
