It’s the Little Things #56
Happy Friday! Here are my favorites from the week with you – it might be a quote, a print, what I’m reading, a favorite podcast, a playlist, a recipe, a helpful tip, a cleaning product, or something I added to our home. Basically if it’s something little that I feel is shareable or if it’s something I’d bring up to a friend over coffee or on the phone, I’m probably going to share it with you here. Next week is THE week! All of the changes are coming to Clean Mama and I cannot wait to share everything with you. Just a heads up that you might find the site down as everything is moved and tweaked but it shouldn’t last more than a day. The site and shop will be completely new – all the updates have you in mind and are intended to make it simple and easy to navigate. I can’t wait to share everything with you!
We were at my sister’s house last weekend and celebrated a birthday with an ice cream bar. She made hot fudge sauce and butterscotch sauce to top the ice cream and I just had to share the butterscotch with you. It’s called Ridiculously Easy Butterscotch Sauce from Smitten Kitchen and it is ridiculously easy! I didn’t realize this but the great thing about this sauce is that it’s similar to caramel sauce but pretty close to foolproof because it doesn’t need to get to a certain temperature to turn into caramel sauce. You should try it!
Feeling uninspired but need to do some organizing? This post from iHeart Organizing rounds up her best practical, everyday organizing solutions – so many great ideas in this post! I especially love these expandable drawer organizers she shares – I need to get some of these.
