It’s the Little Things #68
Happy Friday! Here are my favorites from the week with you – it might be a quote, a print, what I’m reading, a favorite podcast, a playlist, a recipe, a helpful tip, a cleaning product, or something I added to our home. Basically if it’s something little that I feel is shareable or if it’s something I’d bring up to a friend over coffee or on the phone, I’m probably going to share it with you here. Here’s a link to all of the posts in this series.
How was your Thanksgiving? We started with a turkey run and celebrated with family and are ready for a relaxing weekend – hopefully the weather will cooperate for a couple brisk walks followed up by Christmas decorating and a nap or two.
Don’t miss it! The Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale is officially underway and it ends on Monday, December 2nd – everything in the shop is on sale, including Jumpstart Your Routine. Products will sell out – if there’s something you have your eye on, don’t wait!
Use the SAME coupon code:
SALEOFTHEYEAR for 15% off in the shop and for 15% off the Jumpstart Your Routine course.
Did you see the all-new Clean Mama Quarterly? What is it? It’s a simple, refreshing way to approach the your home through the seasons and it’s in the shop! It’s digital/pdf and it’s my hope that it is a little something that helps us slow down and savor the season we’re in. This is designed to be used as a stand-alone and/or it pairs perfectly with Homekeeping Society (wait ’til you see the 2020 edition!) and the Clean Mama Homekeeping Planner.
Take a peek at the Clean Mama Quarterly – if you’re curious, it’s priced at $8 – use the coupon code SALEOFTHEYEAR for 15% off!
I love peeking at other people’s working kitchens – I found this little tour of Amy Thielen’s kitchen on Remodelista fascinating. Now I want a triple sink in the kitchen too 🙂
I haven’t tried this method of cleaning a burnt pot or pan but it looks like a good one to put in your arsenal for the next burned pan. My method of choice is a good soak in soapy water and a little scrub with baking soda.
Here are a couple articles that I contributed to recently all about appliance cleaning – Microwave Cleaning Hacks via RealSimple.com and How to Naturally Clean Your Coffee Machine via MindBodyGreen.com.
A couple things you should know: December’s Homekeeping Society is up and there’s a Simple Holiday Planning Kit included. I also have my annual sale on Homekeeping Society December 10th-15th if you’re thinking of joining Homekeeping Society this year. The price is going up on January 1 – you won’t want to miss it 🙂
What have you been enjoying this week? Any little things to share?
