It’s the Little Things #9
Happy Friday! Here are a few little things I’m enjoying this week. I’m going to share some favorites from the week with you – it might be a quote, a print, what I’m reading, a favorite podcast, a playlist, a recipe, a helpful tip, a cleaning product, or something I added to our home. Basically if it’s something little that I feel is shareable or if it’s something I’d bring up to a friend over coffee or on the phone, I’m probably going to share it with you here. I hope you enjoy the little things – they’ll be coming to you weekly over the summer (maybe longer). Here’s a link to all of the posts in this series.
A couple Clean Mama details because I don’t want you to miss this!
If you didn’t see the announcement about my brand new course, Jumpstart Your Routine, go here to check it out. The 50% off intro pricing ends Sunday night – I don’t want you to miss this price and the bonuses!
I don’t love doing laundry but I love looking at beautiful laundry rooms. This one ranks right up there as one of the most lovely laundry rooms I’ve ever seen. The cabinet color, tile backsplash, and flooring are just so cute. I think I’d get a little more excited about my laundry day, every day routine if clothes were being washed in here 😉 Go here to see the full tour on Jillian Harris’ site – lots of great ideas to be inspired by!
We’ve loved this website this summer – Art for Kids Hub – have you heard of it? As a former art teacher I can vouch for the quality of this site – my favorite thing is that all 3 of my kids will sit down together and draw along. Super fun!
Have you seen the new organizing book from Real Simple – The Real Simple Method to Organizing Every Room? Great ideas and of course, simple methods. I’m loving it!
What have you been enjoying this week? Any little things to share?

I have been enjoying quiet moments with a creative journal and discovering colours again. Sometimes adults can enjoy artwork too.
I love these posts!!! I’ve been enjoying going through my home and getting rid of things that we don’t use/don’t need, etc. It just makes you feel better. Organizing things is like therapy for me. Love your blog!

I have 4 daughters ages 10-2 and they all sit at the kitchen table and do art hub for kids while I make dinner. I love it so much!!

I’m enjoying “It’s the Little Things” . It’s really hot in Boise this time of year so I have been scrapbooking a lot. Am currently making a vintage scrapbook for both my husband and I. Truly a trip down memory lane and a very big project indeed. I love that laundry room too. . Must buy the Real Simple new organizing book.. It is great therapy for me as well and always looking for new ideas. Thanks for all the hints and information on your blog. Totally enjoy it.
