Love Your Home Month – PAINT CHIP PARTY!
I LOVE looking for paint chips, matching up paint chips, finding new paint chips…you get the idea. So in keeping with the theme of “Love Your Home Month”, I was going to host a paint chip party. Then I saw that the Nester was hosting one, so I decided to simply link up to hers instead. It’s a virtual paint chip file – full of beautiful colors that you’re either drooling over or have used and love.
Here’s what you need to do to participate:
Here’s my all-time favorite, best ever neutral – it can look tan, it can look gray – it’s whatever you need it to be:
Benjamin Moore – Edgecomb Gray
I’ve used this color in our mudroom, family room, powder room, two hallways, and will most likely use it in our living and dining room.
So if you haven’t figured it out, I cancelled my Paint Chip Party – I didn’t know that they Nester was doing one too – I don’t want to look like a copycat – and hers is just plain inspiring and awesome.

Is this paint color Edgecomb a warm gray? I am so in the gray zone but need really a warm one to go with all my brown and warm wood tones. I have paint cards all over right now.

a warm gray or a cool tan 🙂 – I have lots of dark wood and it looks so pretty with it!

Hi. What a lovely color. My all time favorites are Benjamin Moore Silver Fox and Abalone (they are on the same card).

oooh, pretty new design! 🙂 A paint chip party, what an interesting idea. thanks for the suggestion on the gray color; I keep seeing gray on blogs; but I’m kind of afraid to use it. I may just have to try a neutral gray…now, which room to tackle? LOL!
