New in the Shop – February Cleaning Schedule
Due to numerous requests to keep doing the monthly cleaning schedule, I decided to list a Monthly Cleaning Schedule in the shop. As long as there’s an interest, I’ll have a monthly cleaning chart in the shop the last week of the month for the next month.
This chart has the basic tasks that we’ve been doing all month, three deep cleaning tasks, a blank for another deep cleaning task of your choosing and four blanks for organizing tasks that you want to work on during the month.
Thanks for cleaning along with me this month! It has been so fun to clean together – if you want to keep a good thing going, check out the new February Cleaning Schedule in the shop.

I love your blog, I think it is a great idea, but I can’t always follow along.
I would love a guide to help keep my house clean, organized and fresh, but as a full time employee and student and a small we.have.too.much.stuff house with a messy dog and husband, I find it is too hard to keep up with all the detail cleaning every single day.
Do you have any tips? Or maybe you could do a “working mom” section of each post, where the basic and important cleanin gets done but is not too stressful and overwhelming. I sometimes feel like your tips are geared for stay at home moms, which is great!, but it’s not everybody.

Hi Calikas-
I am a full-time working mom too, so I feel for you – I’ve done both (working and stay at home) and I know it’s very different. The February cleaning should be quite a bit easier – no deep cleaning every day – just three deep cleaning suggestions for the whole month. January was intended to whip your house into shape in a hurry…. My suggestion? Do the daily cleaning tasks (clutter, laundry, sweep, wipe counters) as best you can and don’t sweat it if you can’t keep up. Save it for the next week – it’s just cleaning anyway 🙂

P.S. Maybe a working mom’s cleaning kit?
