Pinterest Update
I’ve done a little updating to the ol’ Pinterest board – hopefully it’s more user-friendly and a great resource for you (and me!).
I divided up the boards a bit so instead of just a cleaning board and just an organizing board, I have 6 cleaning-related boards, a free printables board, 12 organizing boards, 8 decorating boards….
Go check it out and follow along!
As a side note, if you decide to do something similar, DO NOT delete boards, you could delete followers. I learned this the hard way. Oops.
Check out the other cleaning bloggers and what they’re spring cleaning this week!
Monday: iDreamofClean {office}
Tuesday: A Real-Life Housewife {kitchen}
Wednesday: Clean Mama {closets}
Thursday: Clean and Scentsible {master bedroom}
Friday: Ask Anna {bathrooms}
And don’t forget to enter the amazing giveaway at the bottom of the posts!

would love some hints for the person that can’t be up too long at a time. (5 to 10 minutes) can’t do too much. on oxygen… dust makes asthma worse and can’t afford anyone to help. I guess the best tip you might have would be to get rid of everything. Outside of that???

I have asthma too, and I live in the desert, so talk about dust!! What I do is keep things to a minimum and to clean I use a damp cloth first. It does not hurt wood like many people think. Then I go over wood pieces with a homemade polish, such as olive oil and lemon. And do your cleaning in spurts. I can’t work for too long at a time either. I do a little, rest a little, do a little, rest a little. You have to work within your limits. It took me a long time to accept that, especially since I’m a maximalist at heart. But I’ve changed my way of living. Instead of ‘stuff’, I have plants. I did my research to find which ones do well with less water, inside with not much sun, etc, so I keep the watering down to a minimum also. Stay away from the fake plants — you still have to dust them and they don’t provide the benefit of adding oxygen to the air.
