SHORT CUT 4 – Freeze Extra Marinade
Here’s a quick tip for a great short cut in the kitchen. The next time you have a little extra marinade, put your protein of choice in a zip top bag, pour the extra marinade over it and toss the whole thing in the freezer.
this Island Soyaki from Trader Joe’s is amazing!
The marinade doesn’t go to the back of the fridge to be forgotten and you’ve got a quick dinner ready in no time.
This makes me really miss my neighborhood TJ’s. I now live three hours away from the nearest in any direction.
