Week 5 of CLEAN SWEEP

Here we are at the last week of the CLEAN SWEEP here at Clean Mama. Hopefully it has motivated you to do some decluttering and cleaning of your home and space. This final short week, we’re going to finish up with what I always think of when I think of spring cleaning – washing windows. Living in the midwest, I will definitely be working my way through the interior windows (that need washing – i.e. dog nose prints and hand prints) and I am hoping that the weather will cooperate with me to do some outside windows using a new technique that I’m anxious to try. I use my Basic H2 and microfiber cloth for the interiors, but the outsides of my windows need a little extra cleaning power (new construction dirt, water spots, etc.). I found this technique via Martha.

What do you need? A sponge, a squeegee, bucket, and hot soapy water – so if the weather cooperates, my windows will be sparkling clean, inside and out and this CLEAN SWEEP will be wrapped up. So, if your windwos need to be washed, wash them. If you have something else that needs to be done this week, take care of that instead. Regardless, if you participated in CLEAN SWEEP in any way, THANK YOU!
Need your April Cleaning Schedule? It’s in the Clean Mama Printables Shop.
