How To Wash Your Walls
Anyone out there wash your walls anymore? Back in the ‘olden days’, wall washing was part of the spring cleaning routine mostly because homes were heated with wood and/or oil furnaces and there was a build up on the walls. I have ‘spot clean walls’ on my rotating cleaning checklist (in my Fresh Start Kit and my Cleaning Kit), so it gets done 4 times a year. I lightly dust corners and walls as part of my cleaning rotation, this helps in keeping walls clean, but the spot cleaning is more about cleaning off hand prints and smudges that I find on the lower third of the walls. So how do I go about washing the walls?

I feel like I cannot see this complete post. It ends with “so how do I go about washing walls?” What am I missing here? My walls need to be cleaned. Badly 🙂

Thanks–I found somewhere else where you used borax and water to clean door jams–would that work for walls too?
